Is WalkGlow free?
Yes. The planner, the sponsorship calculator and every guide are free and need no account.
Can I collect donations through WalkGlow?
No. WalkGlow does not collect, hold or pass on donations. Use your charity's own giving page or a fundraising platform you trust.
Do the planner and calculator save my numbers?
No. Both run in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere or kept after you close the page.
Can I use the guides in our own event pack?
You are welcome to use the guides to plan your event and to quote short passages with a link back. Please do not republish whole guides.
Is the safety guidance enough for our event?
It is a starting checklist, not a substitute for a risk assessment made for your route. Your landowner, insurer and local authority have the final say.
Can I sign walkers up through WalkGlow?
Not yet. Event pages with sign-up are on the roadmap and are not built.
I found a mistake in a guide. How do I report it?
Email us with the page and what is wrong. Corrections are welcome.
Will you add a page for our cause?
Tell us the cause and what is different about walking for it. The causes list grows from suggestions like that.
